The Jane Goodall Institute USA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to wildlife research,
conservation, and community-centered environmental programs. Through initiatives such as Jane
Goodall’s Roots & Shoots, our community-led conservation program Tacare, and the longest
running wild chimpanzee research program, we work to protect wildlife and empower
communities worldwide.

The Jane Goodall Institute complies fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998
(COPPA). None of the Sites covered by this policy knowingly collect identifying personal information rom children under age 13. If we discover that a person under the age of 13 has provided us with any personally identifying information, we will delete that information from our systems. We are unable to
reply to information requests from children under the age of 13, if so identified. A parent or guardian
must initiate any requests for information from children under the age of 13 on their behalf. We
